We believe that strong, equipped leaders are the backbone of a healthy, multiplying church, and that is why training is a central part of our ministry. Our work involves leadership development workshops and mentoring, conferences and seminars on DMM (Disciple-Making Movements), CPM (Church Planting Movements), and other effective discipleship tools. We also provide training in Simply the Story (STS), a Bible storytelling tool designed for non-literate learners, as well as security and resilience training for missionaries working in persecuted areas. As a result of these efforts, more than 1,200 leaders are trained annually, many of whom have become trainers themselves and are reproducing other leaders, creating a ripple effect of leadership growth and local ownership of Gospel movements.
