Elim Valley Holistic Mission News Desk – August 2025

Elim Valley Holistic Mission is celebrating a milestone that reflects more than two decades of faithful service: over 3,000 churches planted among unreached communities across the Horn of Africa. Since its inception, the mission has placed church planting and discipleship at the heart of its work, training indigenous missionaries, launching Discovery Bible Study (DBS) groups, and nurturing Church Planting Movements (CPM) that spread organically. Thousands have been baptized, discipled, and raised up as leaders in their own communities.

“We believe in equipping believers to disciple others,” said one of the mission leaders. “This ensures the Gospel continues to grow family by family, village by village, and nation by nation.” Despite challenges, including persecution, the mission continues to strengthen local ownership of churches, empowering communities to thrive spiritually in their own cultural contexts.
