Dr. Mulugeta Demissie

Dr. Mulugetta Demissie is a cross-cultural mission and leadership consultant, trainer, researcher, lecturer, mentor, and coach with more than 25 years of experience serving churches, mission organizations, and academic institutions. His work focuses on cross-cultural leadership, missionary training, team development, strategic planning, conflict management, and pastoral care. He currently lead a cross-cultural mission training department at SIL Ethiopia, while also mentors doctoral students from Fuller Theological Seminary and serving as an academic advisor to MA students from institutions including Mekane Yesus Seminary, Evangelical Theological College, Meserete Kristos College, and International Leadership Institute. Dr. Mulugetta is the author of Equipping Ethiopian Intercultural Workers for Mission and co-author of Global Member Care – Volume 3. His passion is to equip leaders and missionaries with biblical depth, emotional resilience, and intercultural competence for sustainable and impactful ministry.
